The position is for a SET / Resource Teacher.
Experience or qualifications in a Special Education / Special School setting are desirable, but not essential.
This is a permanent position with initial responsibility in SET, however, duties may change in line with the needs of the school in the future –mainstream, ASD or SEN class.
The position involves working as Special Education Needs Teacher (Resource Teacher) on 6th class block – working with pupils from three 6th classes.
This will be a mixture of withdrawal of small groups and working in class with teachers in Team Teaching.
Droichead can be completed in this position.
