Additional Information
The Board of Management wishes to invite expressions of interest in a permanent vacancy, with initial duties in a Mainstream Classroom from teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Dublin.
An expression of interest should be forwarded in writing to the Chairperson of the Board of Management by 5.30pm on Wednesday, 31st May 2023, being 5 calendar days from the date of this advertisement.
A dynamic and motivated teacher is required to join our dedicate, enthusiastic staff. The ability to work as a team member is a necessity in order to facilitate the work of the school.
The position is for a Mainstream Class Teacher.
The candidate will need to have experience working with children who have extensive, complex needs.
Experience of teaching in a senior school setting, with children who have challenging, oppositional behaviour would be beneficial. An ability and a willingness to engage with curricular development and to participate in DEIS planning is necessary.
The candidate must be willing to teach in an ASD/AEN Class, if required.
The Board of Management reserves the right to place the class teacher in any class setting depending on the needs of the school.
